EET carries out the RISK ASSESSMENT STUDY for industrial units. EET identifies the risk assessment and their impact on the surrounding areas during leakage or explosion of toxic, flammable chemicals by using risk assessment software (ALOHA).
Form-37
EET carries out Work place survey and inspection for preparation and submission of Form-37 as per Statutory requirement
HAZOP Study
- Identify, define and explain a node, design intent and normal operating conditions of the node on P & IDs.
- Identify, and define a deviation from the intent or operating condition by applying guidewords based on the BS - IEC 61882 lists of guidewords & OISD Standards.
- Identify possible causes and consequences of the deviation.
- Suggest safeguards, if any.
- Suggest suggestions and action plan.
- To identify deviations from the design intent.
- To identify potential hazards and operability problems associated with the deviations through a brain-storming session.
- To recommend ways to mitigate the identified problems or to identify areas that need to be further investigated.
Noise Mapping and Monitoring
Noise, or unwanted sound, is one of the most common occupational hazards in Industrial workplaces. Exposure to high levels of noise may cause hearing loss, create physical and psychological stress, reduce productivity, interfere with communication, and contribute to accidents and injuries by making it difficult to hear warning signals. So we perform the noise monitoring reports according to clients requirement and also propose them with the most viable solution for the industry which causes the minimum or no harm to the workers.
Mining Plan Preparation
In association with Qualified Person, EET can take up the preparation of Mining Plan for Major or Minor Minerals for getting approval from competent Authority. We can derive conceptual mining plan and progressive mine closure plan meeting requirement of Indian Bureau of Mines. for this, we also visit the site, carry out required sampling/analysis of mineral or mine waste of mine seepage water as per applicability. We also incorporate Year-wise excavation plan and green belt development plan along with other requirements.
