Cleaner Production is a preventive, company specific environmental protection initiative. It is intended to minimize waste and emissions and maximize product output. By analysing the flow of material and energy In a company, one tries to identify options to minimize waste and emissions out of industrial processes through source reduction strategies. Improvements of organization and technology help to reduce or suggest better choices in use of materials and energy, and to avoid waste, waste water generation and gaseous emissions and also waste heat and noise.
We have a team which also includes MoEF approved Cleaner Production Assessor and trained and experienced persons in our team who have worked in multiple sectors and industries and also solved multiple production, environmental and efficiency related problem, while conducting cleaner production we first try to understand the existing problem of the customer in their daily operation then we try to identify the waste streams which causes maximum amount of money and then after identifying the problem we try to find a Techno Economic feasible solutions which are easy to implement, has a good payback time and can save handsome amount of money while being sustainable and environment friendly.
